Salvadore Anthony Piazza Jr.

Memorial services for Salvadore Anthony Piazza Jr., 61, who died Friday, April 13, 2007, at his residence, will be noon Thursday, April 19, 2007, at Piedmont United Methodist Church.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time Thursday at the church.

Cremation under the direction of Cremation Society of South Carolina.

Mr. Piazza was born in Fayette, the son of Salvadore Anthony Piazza and Freda Brown Piazza. He served in the U. S. Navy Reserves and was a self-employed specialty contractor.

Survivors include his wife, Peggy Beasley Piazza of Rodney; his daughters, Emily Piazza and Jessica Piazza, both of Micanopy, Fla.; stepson, Ronald Taylor and wife, Amy, of Greenville, S. C.; granddaughters, Morgan and Maya; sisters, Vincentine Williams and husband, Davis, of Spanish Fort, Ala., Veronica Yokey and husband, James, of Greenville, S. C., Patricia Murphy and husband, Michael, of Natchez, and Camella Richardson and husband, William, of Rodney; brother, Michael Piazza of Rodney; his wife’s family, whom he was very fond of; his beloved cat, Sadie; and numerous extended family and friends in Natchez.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to either Open Arms/St. Francis Hospice, Greenville, S. C. or Piedmont United Methodist Church, Piedmont, S. C.
