VIDALIA — Services for Leo Banks, 56, of Vidalia, who died Friday, April 20, 2007, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Union Baptist Church with the Rev. Carl Smith officiating.

Burial will follow at Vidalia Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home, Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Banks was born July 5, 1959, in Natchez, the son of Jeffrey and Patsy Cubie Banks. He was retired from the City of Vidalia as a linesman.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Irma Banks, Elnora Banks and Idella Banks Sheppard; and brother, Tom Banks.

Survivors include a son, Duntrell Washington; sisters, Betty Sigust and husband, Arthur, Sharon Banks and husband, Rolando, Barbara Lyles and husband, James, Margorie Williams and husband, Charlie, and Wanda Banks, all of Vidalia, and Helen Lyles and husband, Jonathan, both of Dallas; brothers, Jeffrey Banks and wife, Eva, of Vidalia, Jesse Banks and wife, Diane, both of Vicksburg, Renard Banks and wife, Sylvia, Franklin Banks and wife, Betty, all of Natchez, Ernie Banks and wife, Jennifer, of Ferriday and Danny Lyles of Dallas; aunt, Anna Rose Riley; nieces and nephews, Rita, Dack, Darrell, Greg, Debra, Lewis, Jeffrey III, Shandalyn, Lionel, Irma, Keisha, Sylvester, Kathy, Troy, Eva, Renard Jr., Jasmine, Torrence, Brittnay, Charlie Jr., Angela, Ernetria, Ebony, LaKisha, Jesse Jr., Ernie Jr., Brandie, Erica, Robert, Andrea, Brad and Wendy.
