FERRIDAY — Services for William Donald Nugent, 56, of Ferriday, who died Thursday, April 26, 2007, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be 10 a.m. today at Young’s Funeral Home with the Rev. Mack Walker officiating.

Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home, Ferriday.

Mr. Nugent was born May 30, 1950, in Winnsboro, the son of J. W. Nugent and Marcille C. Nugent. He was a resident of Ferriday and was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his mother; twin sisters, Pamela and Paula Nugent; and nephew, John William Nugent.

Survivors include his companion, Margaret Bowman and granddaughter, Sierra; father, J. W. Nugent; brothers, Eddie Nugent and wife, Cathy, and Johnny Nugent and wife, Robyn; sisters, Becky Wesberry and Rita Jacobs; five nieces; one nephew; ten great-nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be George Lee, Odell Vining, Larry Peacock, Ryan Lee, Cory Miller, Jamie Wise, Ty Case and John Wesberry.

Honorary pallbearers will be Bud Price and Lane Lee.
