Mr. Pete was a very special person to us at the fire district. He was appointed Captain of Station 4 on the back side of Lake St. John and even though he had his credentials as a teacher he went through the trouble of getting certified as an Instructor 1 with LSU Firemen Training. He has been sorely missed since he and Mrs. Gloria Jane moved away. I know God has a special place for him as we do in our hearts. Rest in peace Mr. Pete.
