To the family of Timothy Chatman, my heart goes out to you. Timothy was a former student of my mine and this has weighed heavy on my heart with such a young soul gone so soon. Remember his great personality in your time of sadness.

I mostly remember Timothy getting on the bus everyday going to Headstart. Beatrice, you are in my thoughts and prayers. May you sense God's comfort and peace.

To Ms. O'Neal and family, my thoughts and prayers are with you. I remember Timothy while we was a freshman at NHS. We had a very rough beginning. But when he realized he could not win an argument with me, he gave up and we became pals. He would stop by everyday he was at school to speak to me. He made me laugh even on my worst days. I saw him recently and I told him how proud I was that he was working and doing something positive. I know that everyone who KNEW Timothy is going to miss his sense of humor.

It's still hard for me to believe that Timothy is gone. I've known Timothy for the past five years and he had issues like most youngsters do but he was a great guy. I just hope that this is a wake up call for youngsters Timothy's age. Life is precious and never take ones life for granted.

To the family of Timothy, my prayers are with you all. I did not really know Timothy. I just know the mother and how well she took care of her children. Continue to pray Beatrice, only God knows what you are going through. He will be the only one that can make this tragedy bearable.
