Gamma Middleton Floyd, Manchester, Tenn.

MANCHESTER, Tenn. —Graveside services for Gamma Middleton Floyd, 97, of Manchester, Tenn., who died Wednesday, Aug. 1, ,2007, in Manchester, were Saturday, Aug. 4, 2007, at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.

Burial followed under the direction of Manchester Funeral Home, Tennessee.

Mrs. Floyd was born June 23, 1910, in Escambia County, Fla., the daughter of Viola Pittman and Richard Batey Middleton.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, Oscar C. Parrish and Woodard Floyd; and brother, William B. Middleton.

Survivors include her daughter, Bennie Parrish Boone of Natchez; a son, Oscar Parrish of Richmond, Texas; granddaughters, Leslie B. Hasenkampf of Baton Rouge and Ruth Elizabeth Boone of New Orleans; a great-grandchild, Leslie Jane Hasenkampf of Baton Rouge; special friend and caregiver, Shirley Green of Hillsboro, Tenn.; and stepdaughter, Jean Boyette of Hillsboro, Tenn.
