Ruth A. Tucker, Natchez

NATCHEZ — Services for Ruth A. Tucker, 95, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2007, at Trace Haven Health and Rehabilitation Center, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness with Kevin Moss officiating.

Burial will follow at Pine Hill Memorial Park under the direction of George F. West Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today and from 10 a.m. until service time at Kingdom Hall.

Mrs. Tucker was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Issac Tucker; twin brothers, William “Man” Griffin, Willie “Bro” Griffin Jr., and Ernest “Ford” Griffin; sisters, Beulah Gooden, Learntee Garner and Elise Mae Bell.

Survivors include her sisters Gladys Donaldson of Natchez and Virgie L. Smith of Detroit; brother-in-law, Willie Bell of Natchez; and a number of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be friends of the family.
