WOODVILLE — Services for Aaron Venson Jr., 93, of New Orleans, who died Saturday, Dec. 22, 2007, at University Hospital, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Rose Hill Second Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. Earnest Ford Jr. officiating.

Burial will follow at Providence Park Cemetery under the direction of Rollins Funeral Home in Woodville.

Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Venson was born Oct. 9, 1914, in Wilkinson County, the son of Aaron Sr. and Lizzie Maiden Venson.

Survivors include a number of relatives and friends.
