Services for Stephen K. Grant, 50, of Jonesville, who died Sunday, Feb. 4, 2007, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Liberty Worship Center with Bros. Lester Johnson and Dave Carlton officiating.

Burial will follow at Heard Cemetery in Manifest, La., under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home in Jonesville.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until today at the worship center.

Mr. Grant was born June 11, 1956, in Baton Rouge, the son of Warren Grant and June WIlliams Ganey. He was a resident of Jonesville, a mud engineer with Baroid and a member of the Justiss Methodist Church in Trout, La.

He was preceded in death by his father and step-father, Bruce Ganey.

Survivors include his wife, Gayle Mannon Grant of Jonesville; his mother; two daughters, Lauren Grant of Monroe, La. and Lindsey Grant of Jonesville; step-son, Chris Ganey and wife, Victoria, of Jonesville; brothers, Mike Grant and wife, Jeanette, of Jena and Todd Grant and wife, Renae, of Trout; and granddaughters, Jada and Taylor Ganey.

Pallbearers will be Mike Grant, Todd Grant, David Grant, Stephen Grant, Jim Morphis and Larry Rush Morphis.

Honorary pallbearers will be Tom Drewitt, Billy Morphis, Mason Coleman, Wayne Williams, Raymond Smart, Bennie Ramsey, Ray Jr. Cooper, Eugene Paulk, Randy Tarver, Trey Drewitt, William C. Coney M.D. and Bobby Little.
