Luberta Hayes Parker

Services for Luberta Hayes Parker, 80, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2007, will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Daughters of Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. D. W. Howard officiating.

Burial will be at the church cemetery under the direction of George F. West Funeral Home.

Ms. Parker was the daughter of Willie and Pinkie Hayes. She was a Baptist.

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Luetta Tenner and Alberta Chatman; brother, Jesse Hayes; and grandson, LaKenneth Hayes.

Survivors include her sons, Kenneth Vance Morgan and Carlos Hayes; nieces, Vivian Bailey, Ammie Drummonds, Ella Hinton, Mary Chatman, Safronia Chatman and Pattie Chatman; nephews, Frank Chatman, Nathaniel Chatman, Williams Hayes, Johnny Morgan; and a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Nathaniel Chatman, Frank Chatman, Earl Wallace, Edward Bailey, and Johnny Morgan.
