FERRIDAY — Services for Jean Myers Floyd, 58, of Ferriday, who died Monday, June 4, 2007, at Rapides General Medical Center, in Alexandria, will be 10 a.m. Friday at Westside Baptist Church with Pastor Troy Thomas and the Rev. John Cooper officiating.

Burial will follow at Rogers Cemetery, in Dunbarton, La., under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home, Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the church.

Mrs. Floyd was born Nov. 30, 1948, in New Orleans, the daughter of James and Bertha Smith Williams. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her daughters, Helen Myers Anderson of Houston, Texas and Stacy Myers Drummer of Vidalia; a son, Doyle Myers Jr. of Ferriday; and seven grandchildren.
