NATCHEZ — Graveside services for Sonja S. Spillers, 52, of Baton Rouge, who died Monday, Oct. 15, 2007, at Ochsner Medical Center, in Baton Rouge, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Greenlawn Memorial Park with Dr. Edgar Wright officiating.

Burial will follow under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Spillers was born Jan. 17, 1955, in Brookhaven, the daughter of Rayford Norman Smith and Billie Pauline Nettles Smith.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Spillers; her mother, Billie Smith; and grandmother, Marie Nettles.

Survivors include her son, Luke Spillers and wife, Sara Beth, of Natchez; daughter, Brooke Crum and husband, Ryan, of Denham Springs, La.; grandchildren, Aidan Spillers and Lily Crum; father, Rayford Smith and wife, Betty, of Natchez; and sister, Cindy Eubanks of Baton Rouge.

Pallbearers will be Bobby Lishman, Buddy Spillers, David Burrows, Danny Smith, Roger Smith and Bruce Laird.
