To the family of Mrs. Martha Paul, I would like to express my condolences on your loss. But you are not the only ones who have lost. There are countless others of us who have lost a friend, a teacher, a coach and most of all a mentor. She was indeed an inspiring person who will be missed by all who knew her. May God be with you during this time. Gaye Clark, FHS Class of '56.

Thank you. Mrs. Paul, for pretending that I could play basketball as well as my mother, Maudine. :-) Momma was a scrappy player and I was worried about my hair and make-up. Thank you for all the wonderful years you worked unselfishly with the youth of our community. We were terrific back then. Bulldogs never die...ever! I know you will be forming a team in heaven with all the Bulldogs there will be to choose from. Go, Dogs!
I love you,
Sherrie Calhoun Jacobs
