Thomas Edward Wilson, Natchez

Natchez — Graveside services for Thomas Edward Wilson, 71, of Jackson, who died Friday, April 25, 2008, at Veteran Administration Hospital in Jackson will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Brookhaven.

Burial will follow in at Pleasant Grove Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Monday at Laird Funeral Home on Union Street.

Mr. Wilson was born June 20, 1936, in Meadville, the son of Cammie and Maude Pepper Wilson.

He served for 20 years in the United States Air Force as a mechanic and was a Baptist.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Leroy Wilson, V.J. Wilson and Clyde Wilson.

Survivors include three sisters, Faye Wactor, Shirley Johnson, both of Natchez and Gladys Crosby of Byram; and one brother C.L. Wilson of Jackson and a number of nieces and nephews.
