Natchez has lost a treasure. Much rest to you Miss Maggie, our trips to Natchez will not be the same without visiting you, hearing your wonderful life stories, telling of our past and future and the pralines! I’ve not won the lottery so we could restore the pink lady, but your new mansion will never need repairs! God bless all Miss Maggie’s family, may your remember her and pass on her spark and love of life!

She was my great-aunt and will be missed deeply. She was a wonderful beautiful person from the inside and out.

My thoughts are with Buck. I'll never forget the junior high school party you had at your mom's house on the bluff and how much fun she was. Throughout school you were a good friend. How time flies. Your mom and mine, Ms. Martha, had a great time together in Natchez. Now they are together again.

I will miss the wonderful porch sittings and the stories and sandwiches. I will miss her tunnel of fudge cake. I will miss her bright yellow dress. I will miss her.

'Coming home' won't be the same without Miss Maggie being there. she was such a huge part of our (the 'Canadians')annual trip South and who we spoke of when we returned.
Maggie made each one feel valued, taking the time to listen and converse....sitting on her front porch, enjoying her sandwiches.
Love and Light.....Kathleen

I have known miss maggie for a life time and she was a very sweet lady and a great friend to my grandfather. I had been to visit her in september with my family. They thought she was wonderful and she told them lots of stories. I had a great time with her, we took her to lunch and to wal-mart and she showed us around the town of natchez. It was a great day and I am very sorry that she has passed away. I had just heard today that she had passed. To maggies family I just want them to know that they had a great mother and grandmother. God Bless you all. melissa
