I worked with Robert at IPCO for several years. They called him Mister Water Plant because he was so knowledgeable about his job. I never meet a kinder more gentle soul, his dry humor and patience, his love for his fellow man and never complaining made him a special person to work with and a joy to be around. He always had a kind word and you just smiled when you saw him coming. We need more folks like him in this world..They don,t make them like him much anymore.
