It might have been called “The Hand Jive — Verdi Style” as the Festival of Music presented “Falstaff,” its last production for the year. Even though the opera was sung in Italian there was little mistaking the hand motions of the actors and audience. The audience wasn’t left out of the hand action either as they applauded during the first act.
