Trinity Episcopal School 8th grader Bethany Ogden has been playing with Capital City Lady Lions, an AAU traveling basketball team based out of Baton Rouge. The team has qualified for and will compete in a National Prime Time Sports Basketball Tournament to be held in Dallas, TX from July 25th to the 29th. Ogden, fourth from left standing, is shown with her teammates after winning both the BREC and YMCA City League Championships in Baton Rouge earlier this year. Their overall record is 44—9. In no particular order are Dia’mond Jackson, Journee Beard, Terriel Reado, Bria Stewart, Genea James, Brianna Oglesby, Ashantee Brown, Nenea McAllister, T’Lara Pitts and Taylor Morrison.
