it won't stop, b/c poll workers accept a visual ID (yeah, i know him/her type thing) and laugh and kick it up w/o the first glance of an ID.
IT WON'T STOP, JUST LIKE ALL OTHER FRAUD.

It would stop enough fraud. A little bit is better than none at all.
