People are going to have to start recycling and soon. And by that I don't mean taking it to a recycling center.

Make it do
Or do without.

It will happen if the people want it, problem is alot of people in Natchez have no desire to improve themselves or their surroundings.

Instead of putting the trash in the ground, we could pile it up on top of the ground. There are lots of recycling centers doing that now while they wait for someone to buy the stuff.
