Phillips has announced that additional staff cuts are imminent.

If any more Adams County residents are laid off by this charlatan,

the board of supervisors should be removed from office.

He should be fired immediately!!!!

The Democrat should have used "competent" in place of "cheaper". Looking back over the last 25 - 30 years what is happening now was predicted by many, but ignored by government. People should wise up and quit bashing Dr Ken Stubbs, who sincerely wants a quality hospital to survive, and stop supporting the Vidalia hospital founded by the real culprit doctors who weren't satisfied with just their share of the revenues, they also wanted, and got, the hospital's share of outpatient procedure revenues, which was Natchez Regional's profit line.

The Board of Supervisors should appoint a competent Board of Directors, then stay out of their way; the Board of Directors should hire a competent Administrator, set a budget for him, then get out of his way and make their only job funding the hospital; so he can manage day to day operations without answering to 20 bosses and can focus on competing with Natchez Community, recruiting needed doctors and recruiting patients.

We were at this point once before government, local and federal, screwed it up.

Remember the old saying - "you get what you pay for". Better management would be my vote.

Actually all that is needed is someone to load the patient onto the helicopter and take them to a real hospital.

"You get what you pay for" is a very old saying that use to be true. People that make that kind of money have no soul. We see this all over Wall Street and in the big corporations. They believe they deserve more and more for doing less and less. We need people with a conscience. I wonder if they have a test for that?

If you're having trouble with success, is cheaper really the management difference anyone would want?

The current admin is doing things behind the scenes to ensure customer loyalty in the future.

Knowing I would pay they still wrote off a serious charge my insurance company did not pick up -- a much bigger than normal amount for them to write off. The care was just fine, and that said, I don't know how much better anyone could ask them to be.
