I have known Lynn for only a few years. In that time, he has shown his generosity toward me so many times and in so many ways. He became part of my family, and I yours, so easily. My granddaughter loves your family as if it were her own.
I have no doubt he was loved by God and loved God. His worship, his generosity of time and money, his willingness to go the extra mile, give his everything -even his hamburgers!- for the work of God, will be missed. The gatherings at your house and the house of God will be so different without his presence amoung us but God has a master plan we know not of.
My prayer is God get the glory for our earthly loss. I know Lynn is dancing with the angels, talking to all the saints of old and new telling what God did for him. No doubt he was silent for only thirty seconds while he beholded the wonders we have yet to see. Lynn would definitely be the one to invite everyone to prepare for the trip to Heaven and say come on, we are having a good time.
I love you all, Donna Germany

I want to say i am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I have known Bro. Lynn for 2 yrs or so, i met him at el potro's mexican restaurant where my step-dad works. I never seen a sad face on him, just his usual happy face. He never left without speaking to me and shaking my hand. The last time i seen him was sunday night before his death, He and Sis. Hinson shook my hand and i told them to pray for me when they pray. I really liked him and i'm going to miss him and i know all others will too. God has a purpose for all things, even though we may have to suffer. God has another servant in heaven, one day we'll join him and be happy forever. God Bless You and may God give you peace and strength during your troubled times.

I just wanted to say that Lynn was a great person ,and a wonderful friend. I didn't get to see him as much as I used to,because I now live in Brookhaven, but everytime I did see him, he was so very happy ,and he made those around him happy. It sure is strange how things happen so quickly ,it was only the other day that I was talking about Lynn as I often did when I was telling people about different things in life .I always used Lynn as an example,I was telling someone the other day about how Lynn turned his life around an became a true Christian ,I told everbody that if Lynn Hinson could turn his life around ,so could they ,and boy did Lynn do a 360. He was all about god and what god wanted him to do,and I was so proud for him,god has a very special place for Lynn, and as you read this remember what Lynn would say " god bless you" Our Love to all the Hinson family, Chip and Velma Sullivan
