Mary Louis King, Natchez

1937 - 2008

NATCHEZ - Services for Mary Louis King, 70, of Natchez, who died Saturday, May 3, 2008, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, will be at noon Saturday at Shiloh Baptist Church with the Rev. Percy Turner officiating.
Burial will follow in Pine Hill Memorial Park under the direction of R.D. Mackel and Sons.
Visitation will be from noon to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home and from 11 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.
Ms. King was born May 28, 1937, in Adams County, the daughter of Alex White and Clara McIntyre.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters and two brothers-in-law, Ethel Clark and husband, Alvin and Isabella McQuarters and husband, Frank.
Survivors include two daughters, Bonita King and Barbara Nell Evans, both of Natchez; a son, Percy King and wife, Bettie, both of Woodville; a brother, Oscar McIntyre of Chicago, Ill.; a step-sister, Nora Lee Davis of Las Vegas, Nev.; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; special friends, Jessie Willie Jackson and Mamie Galmore, both of Natchez.
Pallbearers will be friends of the family.
