FERRIDAY - Services for Charles Green, 65, of Houston, Texas, formerly of Natchez, who died Monday, Aug. 25, 2008, will be at 11 a.m. today at Concordia Funeral Home with Brother Wendell Green Sr. officiating.
Burial will follow at Mount Beulah Christian Church Cemetery, in Frogmore, under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.
Mr. Green was born Jan. 10, 1943, in Natchez, the son of Alex and Viola Hooper Green.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include two sisters, Pat Green, of Detroit, and Peggy Hatch of Baton Rouge; two aunts, Fannie Watkins, of Ferriday, and Genevia Green of Detroit; and a number of cousins.

I would like to offer my deepest sympathy on the loss of Charles. "Mr. Charles", as I called him was a very nice guy with a beautiful spirit. Our prayers are with your family.
