Two busted for drugs

Published Friday, June 20, 2008

NATCHEZ — Tyrone Butler and Robert E. Henderson were arrested on charges of selling cocaine Monday night.

Henderson, also known as Duece Duece, 28, 151 Tubman Circle, who fled the scene when officers of the Metro Narcotics Unit and the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics pulled up to arrest him on the cocaine charge, is also charged with felony fleeing, aggravated assault on an officer, driving with a suspended license and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

“One of the agents got out of the marked unit,” Metro Narcotics Commander Cliff Cox said. “That’s when (Henderson) fled almost hitting the officer with the vehicle.”

Cox said he was not sure how close Henderson came to hitting the officer, but it was close enough to scare him.

After following the men to 22 Jason Court officers found more drugs and a Kimber .45 caliber pistol. Henderson was on probation after an Oct. 5, 2000, conviction for aggravated assault, for which he was sentenced to 15 years.

Amen fire! Maybe they'll come out towards my neighborhood and bust these guys selling drugs on the street in broad daylight. But it would have to be ACSO not NPD since it's in the county.

My daughter was at burger king a few weeks ago with my granddaughter and low and behold the girl come from behind the counter into the lobby and bought hers right there....

OK Judges and DA, step up to the plate!!! Many of us here in our community are fed up with the "all too popular SUSPENDED SENTENCE CRAP". Wrist--Slap, Wrist--Slap, Wrist--Slap.

Posted by Swapmeet (anonymous) on June 20, 2008 at 2:26 a.m. (Suggest removal)

If Judge Sanders has anything to do with it then they will only get a slap on the wrist. Look at the link I posted below. It takes you straight to a page of the Woodville Republican. Look under the title "Defendants...cont. from page 1". It shows you some of the slap on the wrists being given out by Judge Sanders.

There was a HUGE bust all over Concordia Parish Thursday! There were Concordia SO,, Rapides Parish Deputies and SWAT,,,,,US Marshals,, FBI,, La Probation and Parole,, La. State Police,, Dept of Corrections Chase Team,, Catahoula SO,, and Pineville PD,,,,,ALL involved in this drug round-up!!!
CPSO was filled to the brim with those arrested that were waiting to be processed!

FINALLY,,,,,something was done about these thugs that have been selling this crap to our kids!

Thank you to ALL agencies that were involved in getting this trash (drugs and thugs) off our streets!

Posted by NtzMom55 (anonymous) on June 20, 2008 at 3:20 a.m. (Suggest removal)

Sarge, I haven't read anything about that. Sounds great, hope Concordia continues to 'squish the bugs'.

Posted by OldGrandDad (anonymous) on June 20, 2008 at 3:21 a.m. (Suggest removal)

De-criminalize the stuff and we can put them ALL out of business. The drugs will be dirt cheap and crime will drop like a rock. Certify the addicts, don't let them drive and then let 'em waste themselves away if they so choose.

NtzMom55,,,,,,It hasn't been in the papers yet,,,,,This is brand new and happened beginning Thursday morning bright and early and was still ongoing past midnight last night!
It will most likely be in the ND later today as "breaking news" or in tomorrows headlines! They are still rounding up more of these thugs for drugs, outstanding warrants and probation violations!
I hope they fill up the Hwy. 15 prisons with as many as they can capture and I hope and pray that the Concordia Parish Judges gives them the maximum sentencing with NO slaps on the wrists this time!
It is way past time for our streets to be drug free and safe again!
Well,,,,,One can dream huh? :)

((Swapmeet))The fact that you would use the Woodville Republican as a source, humors me. Thats worst than using the ND. What it doesn't show is the deals cut by the DA's office.

Sarge Thank you for the info! I say THANK GOD they are cleaning house. I am so sick of lives, families and friendships being destroyed due to drugs. This gives me hope.

Sarge- you say that you hope they fill the hwy.15 jail... Isn't that jail overfilled and understaffed as it is?
The skelton crew that runs the overfilled jail are not even trained to be corrections officers... Oh! That don't matter it's a private prison.

Lets take all the drugs we haven't destroyed and make these two smoke, pop, snort, and inject everything we have.

Bayou, I hope everything works out with you and your wife. If you really love her and want to make everything work out, don't give up on her. Even if it doesn't, please try to help her. I wouldn't wish drug addiction on my worst enemy.

Thank you for the post drawpaintsing .I have been trying to help her for three years.we go to church, she got saved last year, she brags to everyone how good of a man I am ,how lucky she is to have me but she just won't quit the drugs and now she cheated on me.I have got to be done with her before I lose my sanity. I dont think there was no big bust here.I drove to clayton/crackton and seen the regular costomers out and seen one deal being made

Doesn't it amaze you that everyone knows where the drug dealers are being made but yet there is never a cop there...Maybe they are big enough to bust,Maybe they are looking for there dealers instead. and also when the cops arrest them and Judges like Sanders slaps them on the wrist and let them go i am sure they get discouraged.

((fire39212)) You say Judges, but yet Sanders is the only name you mentioned.

Oh sorry asandbb22 should have read..Hopefully they will not go in front of Judge Sanders because all she will due is slap then on the wrist. Thats her norm.....Is that better?

Posted by asandbb22 (anonymous) on June 20, 2008 at 3:35 p.m. (Suggest removal)

((fire39212))She's no different from the other judges. But since she is a black woman, there is a problem. Check everyones records before you run your mouth.

Posted by Swapmeet (anonymous) on June 20, 2008 at 3:49 p.m. (Suggest removal)

Oh yeah. We're "hatin" because she is a black woman. I had no idea she was a black woman until you made your asinine comment. You tried to "check" me for using the Woodville Republican as a source? Court records are court records. Just like the court records I used over in the thread talking about Moncrief's wrong-doing. That one shows how badly Pip hires his deputies. But I shouldn't talk about that either because I would be racist just for criticizing a black person. In actuality, you bringing race into this shows who the racist truly is.

Just wait and see!

At one time they were talking about charging anyone caught selling meth or making it a life sentence. I swear I thought they had passed that law. Why don't they take these drug dealers and give them life without parole or death? How many people have they killed? How many lives have they distroyed? It has to STOP. Bayou I will keep you in my prayers. I know how hard it is to see the one you love struggle with addiction. It tears you down. Stay strong.

that judge let a child molester off with a slap on the wrist.he only paid court cost 1 year probation restituition .and not listed as a sex offender.such a disgrace to victims.

asandbb22 you have got to be kidding me. Right? It's because she is black...lol.....Wasn't she the one who was doing away with drug arrest records for some people?
Just look at the ones that go in front of her. She desn't even give a hard slap..

Swapmeet, I thought you were Black. How and why, I don't know. LOL!"

LOL. Probably because of my user name. It is a nickname I was stuck with in high school years ago so I thought I would have it as my user name. Its derivation is from a title of some rap song by some rapper called Sir-Mix-A-Lot. The song was entitled "Swapmeet Louie". If I recall correctly, it has associations with black culture so that might be where you got your assumption. Please, no one take that as a racist comment. If a black man had a user name such as George Strait, Garth Brooks, or Alan Jackson, I would assume they are white because honky tonks and mud-riding are associated with white culture. That's not racist, just reality. It's sad I even have to write a dissertation to explain my comments but people can take things the wrong way so quickly when it comes to race.

Sarge, thanks for the info. I hope to read a great story about it soon.

Too bad if the jail cells are crowded. Pack the drug thugs in! The jail cells are still more roomy than the coffins they put some of their victims in. If they don't like the overcrowdedness, they have the option to get their act streight.

If you want to talk about grammar, then say "too" bad instead of "to" bad. You did not strike a nerve with me. I am unflappable when it comes to being stirred up by people. I've learned that life is too short to get upset over trivial matters. You didn't address the fact that you said people were slamming Judge Sanders because she was black, and I had no idea she was black until you made that comment today. I only know her through court records I see printed in the paper.

Good grief! Looks like "msblackstallion" might have changed her name to "asandbb22"!!! (insert eyeroll smilie)

Why do people always have to start that racist bullcrap on here?? I'm sure that Swapmeet didn't mean anything racist about Judge Sanders!
Hell I didn't even know she was black until you said something about it asandbb22! But she does give very lenient rulings in her courtroom! And it always seems to be the ones that need the maximum sentencing!!!

I could care less if they have to stack them 5 prisoners high Username!!!
As long as they get them off our streets so our kids will be a little bit safer!! Don't you think thats better than giving a care about how overcrowded their living quarters are????

asandbb22 you forgot to answer that question...

asandbb22 is apparently speechless, so I will answer it for you fire. YES she is. I think she has released more drug dealers back into society than the rest of our judges combined.

It explains why there was abrupt silence.

Posted by asandbb22 (anonymous) on June 21, 2008 at 9:17 p.m. (Suggest removal)

Im not silent, I just have a life and didn't need to come and reply. As far as her release more drug dealers, I clearly doubt that. What you fail to realize is that she shares her district with another judge. So, how about you call down to the DA's office and tell them to stop making deals with all these dealers. And then call your local representative and tell them to stop releasing these dealers because they don't want to spend "your" precious taxes to keep them in prison. And as far as knowing who I am. You are welcome to email me and tell me who I am, but I doubt you do.

Posted by fire39212 (anonymous) on June 21, 2008 at 11:31 p.m. (Suggest removal)

Well asandbb22 she was the one who got in trouble not the other judges....Just look at what she gives the ones that come in front of her She can give them time in prison without suspending all but 1 or 2 days of it..Thats not the DA'S fault.....

Posted by asandbb22 (anonymous) on June 23, 2008 at 12:13 a.m. (Suggest removal)

If the DA makes a deal then she has to abide by it and as far as her being in trouble she hasn't gotten in any trouble at all. But, I have come to realize that this is a lost battle. They talked about Jesus, so I will let you talk about her. Good Day!!
