Local completes law degree

BATON ROUGE — Scott Barbin McLemore, of Vidalia, recently graduated Cum Laude from the Paul M. Herbert Law Center at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.
The graduation ceremony was May 22 at the Maravich Assembly Center on the LSU campus. While attending LSU, McLemore served as the treasurer of the Student Bar Association.McLemore was a 2001 graduate of Cathedral High School in Natchez.
He is the son of Jack, Jr. and Nancy McLemore of Vidalia. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Jack McLemore of Vidalia and Mr. and Mrs. Herb Babin of Port Allen, La. McLemore and his wife, Laura Eanes McLemore live in Atlanta where he is currently studying for the Georgia Bar exam.
