Nowhere, but in the south do you find all this hate. I'm beginning to wonder is it hate or fear, does it frighten you so much that we can be more than you expect us to be? Does is bother you that we can be doctors, lawyers, and now even president? It's okay for us to have money as long as we're entertainers. It's alright if we are rappers, singers, football players, basketball players, or baseball players, because none of those people have to be educated. OOOOHHHH, but when we start achieving things even beyond your wildest dreams, you hate us. You believe the only thing Obama should be able to do in the white house is wash the windows and buff the floors and his wife has no place there except for housekeeping or in the kitchen. It has nothing to do with his religion, his background or what he believes in, it is his COLOR. Get over it, we're never going back to slavery, no matter how much you would like us to. And the stereotypes, LMAO, I work for everything I have and I'm not going to sit around and wait for a handout from Obama, McCain, or anyone else. The south is so far behind times that some of you would rather DIE than consider us equal.

Obamayama, Who said his mistakes caused his death, he could have been coming from work or going to work. Just because a person is out of their bed at 2:00 am doesn't mean they are selling or buying drugs, or doing anything illegal. You should have some respect for the deceased and his family and stop throwing your assumptions around. You didn't know him, his background, his history, his family. For all you know, he could be a deacon in the church and a volunteer at the youth center. YOU DON'T KNOW!!!!!!!!! It is so very silly of you to speak on things you have no knowledge of. Unless you know him, you can't say what kind of husband, father, brother, son, or citizen he was.

Username, his english is not poor, but maybe your understanding is. I've seen him speak, and understood every word he was saying. If you ask him, he will probably use smaller words for you next time, Username!!!!!!!!!

I have 2 very helpful tips for you, overthehill. Grow up and learn to spell check. Hint, hint, when there is a red line under your word, it is misspelled. I am a strong black WOMAN, you can never tear me down. Stop making Natchez Democrat your life. Do you realize you comment on every article posted, whether you have knowledge of the subject or not. If you feel as though I am guilty of a sin, please read Mark 3:28 Verily I say unto you, all sins shall be forgiven except blasphemy. My heavenly father shall judge me one day, and his decision will not be based on the ignorant opinions of people like you. Overthehill, please point out where I defend anyone. I feel as though he is guilty just like everyone else but WE can't convict him. My only concern in this whole situation is the poor innocent child. As far as me being involved, I have never committed a crime in my entire life, nor do I associate myself with people who do. I admitted to knowing them, not visiting them, not being friends with them, not inviting them over for dinner, JUST KNOWING THEM. And as for your quote, "If I were you I would be keeping my mouth shut" You are not me, and if I don't exercise any other right in the world, I will exercise my freedom of speech. You attack every comment I post, and I said I wouldn't post any more but guess what? I am not backing down. But please tell me, what is it that you don't like about me? You don't know me, never will. I am a tax paying, law abiding citizen. I take very good care of my kids without any government assistance. I attend church services on a regular basis, I'm a Sunday School teacher. I am bringing my kids up in church. Why am I such a burden on you?

People who are incapable of rearing children usually don't know they are incapable. They usually think they are perfectly normal, or just imitate what they were accustomed to growing up.

3on23, it doesn't say that he beat the child to death, but to be charged with 2nd degree murder and not manslaughter or negligent homicide, FPD evidently has some reason to suspect that he was not just responsible for the death, he intentionally caused it. Everybody, let's just wait and see what the outcome will be, because none of us know what really happened. This man has 20 kids or more, no exaggeration, I'm quite sure he knows how to hold and handle a 6wk old baby. Let's just sit and wait on the autopsy, the amended charges (if there will be any), the trial, the verdict, and the sentencing.

Also I think this is a great accomplishment for African Americans, but the outcome of the election did not affect me one way or the other. GOD is the head of my life and with this in mind I know the president or noone else can do me any harm. I wouldn't care if they elected Osama Bin Laden, I know I have God's grace and mercy on my side!!!
