Mike8427, I feel your comment about the ignorant blacks is very racially stated. People have the right to vote for whoever they want to, plus I am positive that the black community was not the only ethnic group to vote for Phillip West.

I'm with Mr. Weeks doing the roadwork at night would decrease the amount of traffic jams, the workers could easily work in cooler conditions, and possibly finish a lot faster.
