Sounds to me like Natchez, Adams County has the same scared Political leaders as Vidalia, Concordia Parish. I have been all over the 2 states and "The Leaders" would be shocked (or maybe not) at some of the Parks that I have seen. The thing is most of the better ones are ran by the citizens of the respective town. Every year We hear the same ole song, "Your doing fine". I'm not even sure our Rec. Board cares. They are like a Secret Society.
