I find it hilarious! Henry and Spanky are the guys whom "ask why" when everyone else is trying to figure out how to spend our tax dollars! You definitely have my vote Henry........Good Luck!

You know what I find amazing is no one has mentioned the City Cafe in their remarks about great food or resonable prices. One thing you could say it was homemade and it was good. Hey , but like all good things in Natchez they are gone...

Jobs, jobs, jobs..............!!!!!!!!!!! Not tourism or gamble boats. We are losing our young people! Education is a major issue. Many people can not afford to send their children to private schools and the public school system is shameful with our low scores and drop out ratios. And you are right Jack take a look at the police department it is a laugh. You get what you pay for...... I give up!

I so adored her. She was such a kind and very generous person. I feel privaleged to have met her and to have known her. I will always remember her. My thoughts and prayers go out to her children and family. Goodbye Ms. Maggie......

I totally agree! It is definitely time for Natchez to join in a recycling program. Great article.

Thanks Butch. This town needs an update in traffic flow. And who knows maybe the lights will help steer the barges in the right direction instead of them crashing into the bridge.

I worked a couple of these events and found them unorganized and it costs me more than I made from the event. However, I do think it is a good cause for women and their families, and by the way, I found everyone to be very pleasant. Good luck Pam.

Well stated lambchop. We must move forward and not live in our past, but embrace it and learn from it. I would love to see Arlington saved, even in its poor state now it still is a part of history. The owner really should be ashamed of letting it get that bad. People have offered to buy it and renovate it. If you're not going to give it the TLC it needs let someone else have it so that they will. As for FBC, make it less complicated for them to turn it into Condos and your problem will be solved!

On FBC, Arlington left to demolish themselves
