“We don’t have any leaders out there (right now),” Faircloth said. “You need some guys to get in the others’ faces and get them going.

You have to be kidding me right?!  How about
some leaders on te coaching staff!!  What a joke!
The sad thing is,  is when Faircloth is gone,
someone that coaches just like him will take over and doomed for another 30+ yrs

“In all my years, I’ve never seen anything like it. We snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.”

I see it almost every game this yr so far!

“When I take over the world, the first thing I’m going to do is abolish all homecoming activities,” Faircloth said. “(Our players) were ready to go to the dance. They danced the night away. I could hear their feet tapping, and I live (on the other side of town).”

Are you kidding me again?! Blaming homecoming for the the poor performance of the team?! Come on, you guys agree with this?? Homecoming was more of a reason for us to win!!
and Vidalia will be doomed for another 30+ yrs!!

On Vidalia's loss to Buckeye last year still stings

The Vidalia football team will continue to suck as long as he is the head coach. He does'nt get them into shape and it shows on the field. The only person/position on the team that is in shape is the quarterback, because he makes him run to the sideline for every play! Playing a kid that is 5'5" and 145 lbs at linebacker, when you have 25 kids (exagerating a little) on the sideline thats 6'0"+ and 200+ lbs is ridiculous. I'm sure the man has done alot for the school, and has a heart of gold, but he can do that without being the head football coach, period!!

P.S. Teach the defensive line to do something rather than play pattycake with person in front of him!

Yes, everyone that has commented on the Garden Club issue that I brought up is exactly right. The Garden Club "RUNS" Natchez. Period!! If the people of Natchez stops supporting them in whatever way they can, then Natchez could become a business/non-tourist city.

I lived 12 years in North Carolina, where I learned and started playing golf, and of the say 15 public and private courses I've played at, each one had VOLUNTEER marshals. So old geser in his 80's that did nothing but check receipts and make a round or two around the course a day.

Thank god for my little city across the stream!!! I have watched Natchez fall further and further away from the attractive city it once was... If you get rid of the garden club, you will see drastic improvements.

With a "black" president now, where does affirmative action stand now in our country? Seems the man didn't hold Barack down. All comments are welcome!!
