Funny natchez500 you sound lke a current member of the board of aldermen or somebody who works for the city human resource department??
City dept. heads just don't give themselves raises without approval of some kind.If that was the case the Mayor would be making 200G plus..
Wonder where your getting your info from?
Everybody always wants a raise,but I'm sure what both departments are making is as good as Jackson.That's a bigger city and has a bigger crime rate.

I think he's just 1 piece of this puzzle with about 4 or 5 buddies.You know crackhead do network amongst themselves.That break in at Duncan Park is to kind of protect him and his crew of CH's.They want to lure the police in a different direction.Sure I think he's the one of the main players,but not the top dog from this CH crew.When dealers know how you get your funds to pay for your bad habit they automatically want in on it.Especially if they know your family is well off and has a voice in the community.They will use that to keep him in line even he does realize he's doing wrong.He would rather do wrong by other's then put his family in harms way.I bet if the police got the rest of them he would confess.Being that he from a good family with influence he would get the 1st offer to cop a plea as long as he testified against the others.This is in fact bigger then what most people think.Not making any excuse's for this guy and NO I never been arrested,but here are a few things he might be thinking of.
For example he will be going to jail as a rat!
He thinks they will retaliate against his family.
I'm sure somebody in his family has told him look what you have done to us..They will always be 2nd or 3rd guessed on all issues.Hell they might even move out of Natchez because of this.He has single handly destroyed any trust his family have gained in Natchez.
Anyways he did cause alot of pain to others for his actions and his family knew darn well he was a crackhead,but decided to let him get away with it.Yeah something has to be done and he has to be made as an example for those other crooks/crackheads thinking of this.If that means putting his family thru bad times,so be it!

Reason I think they should get help is because view the following postings from 12:48,10:22 and from yesterday 10:49 and 10:55 are just a few examples.Will delete those as well???

I agree she's racially motivated and after hearing her on TV Thursday.I felt more afraid of her position in the community then anything else.As for Chief Johnson I think his dedication to the N.F.D. will keep him from running.
Jim Sanders would be a better choice if nobody else runs against her.Slim pickins in Natchez folks word of mouth is stronger then most people think.I like to see that list of “might run” candidates..Who knows what can happen!
