I can sum it up in one sentence. No charges because from what I read on here, the ones picked up are the ones they know will pay a fine. It's all about the money. Sad for the welfare of the children, isn't it?

So sorry to read about Jimmy. We went to school together from Montebello through SNAHS, worked together at Ntz.Regional and watched our sons play baseball on the same team. Always a very nice guy and had a great family.
