Great job VPD. Once again yall have shown the professional way that this department handles matters. I am proud of each of you. My prayers go to the families of those whose lives are affected by this tradegy.

What a blessing this is. May God protect him as he tries to help the rest of us. If we could all just come together for only one hour, think how happy we would make our Lord.

I agree with fire39121, nothing ever is written about blacks hating whites. There is a reverse discrimination in the south that never gets any attention. I apologize for using this topic on this site. Now, for many years the Rec Board has not worked with the City. New appointments are desperately needed.

People, we need to wake up. This is not the person for the job. It is a shame that the other candidate in this Ward is also not the person for this job. With either one, we are in a world of hurt.

I hope Mr. King is aware that only the Mayor and Board of Aldermen can set the salaries of city employees. He can only ask.

Lillian, Bea, Mary Ann and Sue, I am so sorry to read this about Sarah. She was always such a good friend of mine. This world will be a little bit more sad without her in it.
