Ridgecrest,use to be where you never heard of all this crime in that neighborhood,before now! And now eveytime you turn around there is stealing,breaking windows,out,and just walking the streets at all hours of the night,and its not all grown ups either! young kids,teenagers,just looking to get into something! One of these days they won"t be so lucky,when a owner comes out of their house,with a gun,and shoots then ask questions later! Where are the parents? Surely not home,probally out drinking,or at their boyfriends house,and they are at home and simply ,just don"t care where their kids are long as they are"nt bothering them!

If that were me I would be under the jail and they would throw away the key!!! How some of these fools keep getting into trouble,and its not minor trouble,its big trouble,they will be out by the next day on bail,and most probally be put on probation!!!!!

I will always remember,Minnie,We had so many great times together,She was like an older sister to me,and I always felt like a part of her family.Tony,I hope you know,I"m here for you little brother! You were the brother I never had! Cathy,you were a great welcome to the family,When you became a part of their family,that meant,you were a part of ours also!.We love you guys! Words are"nt enough right now to say how much Minnie will be missed,I loved her dearly,I just wish that I could have spent more time with her these last few years.But my prayers and thoughts are with all of you at this sad time.Just remember we love you guys! And you"re still a part of our family always!!!

Well I would have loved to have went this year,just on Friday,for my little grandson,he goes with us every year,for the glow & the fireworks,And we have the best spot of all,my nephew works in Vidalia,and we just go in the gate,by the river,and park and let the kids stand in the bed of the truck.But I came down with,I guess the early flu,and so I surely could"nt go this year!!! But he was suspose to had went with his mama,and her friends.My husband was out of town,and my son,(my grandsons daddy)I told them to try to take some pictures for me,But its much more nicer when you can see it for yourself!!! lol!
They said it was more balloons this time more than its ever been before,and I have to be sick to miss it!!!!!!! I know my little grandson will fill me in on everything,he"s a little talker!!!! he"s 5 yrs old,and his little brother who is 3,my step grandson,they will be so excited when I get to see them,but its best they don"t come around me right now with the fever I have.But I hope everyone else enjoyed the glow and fireworks tonight!!!!

NatchezBell,I remember your father real well,playing in a band that I use to listen to,I was wondering where he was at now,I know,where some of the band that is still living,where they are,but I lost touch with Mr.Gray.Yes! he is a great musician!Just tell him an old friend,said hello.

4real,you were talking about the panthers,yes you"re right,this time of the year,and when the time,changes next month,but mosly its this time of year,autumn,fall,they come thru,our area where we live also.When you hear them,you will know,because to me and others it sounds like a woman screaming real loud! Just the sound of it will send chills up and down your spine! But they do come thru,it never fells,this time of the year.When I was a small child I remember walking from my parents house to my aunt and uncles house,not very far,but when I heard that sound,believe me!! it took way less time to get there!!!!!! lol!
Also just sitting out on a cool night on the porch,hearing the coyotes howling will scare the crap out of you also,but some nights,they really get intense with their howling,and you can hear,different ones howling!!! And put the hoot owl in,and put it this way you know,you are really in the country,or just lucky to be able to hear so many different sounds of the wild,long as they leave me along,and I leave them along,I"m fine with it!

That was strictly uncall for!!! How would you like it if someone said that about your family,or friend? !!!!!!!!!!
Sue,I will keep you in our prayers and thoughts that Mr.James is better real soon,and home once again,and most surely checking on those precious children himself!!!

My dad was one,he died almost 2 years ago.He was 81 when he died.I also had a brother-in-law who was one also.May God Bless all of the ones who have gone on,and the ones who are still here.
