Maybe all those supporters he has now should have been supporting him throughout his reign as principal and his release probably never would have happened. If he has been conducting himself correctly I personally do not think there would be a question as to whether his contract should be renewed or not....Stop and think people, after this has happened is it the right decision to let him continue to be the principal because "He wants his job back" or let him continue to stay because he has fullfilled the obligations of principal of Natchez High School..Whether we want to admit it or not being principal at the high school can not be an easy job..Our youth need someone who is going to do what is right by them and stay within the limits, and it is going to take a very dedicated and very willing person to fill those shoes. Some need to think long and hard about changing their minds about this situation......

There were also a bunch of dissapointed children at Duncan Park today at about 10 o'clock a.m. The entire egg hunt was over....and everyone leaving the park by 10...while there were still children in vehicles coming in the gates of Duncan Park..It was announced that the hunt was scheduled to begin at 10 not be over at 10...what happened?

Whatever they do .....Please do not let him near the animals at the Humane Society.....he deserves not to see the light of day for quite a while and I myself think the laws need to be changed as far as animal cruelty....the punishment needs to be harsher, that way he will remember why he is there....He will proly have this exam done and they will say he doesn't need to be left alone in jail, then what....There are way toooooo many animal cruelty cases happening in this area, someone needs to tighten up and enforce the laws, keep these idiots from even owning 1 pet much less having several of them......

Come on Sherriff Brown and show them what you are made of, I am sure Ronnie has told you the good and the bad to go along with the job...You have been beside him in his endeavors to keep Adams COunty going in the right direction and am sure you will continue to make the right choices where the people of Adams County are concerned... You have some good people beside and behind you in this big step for you and am sure you will make your late husband and the people of Adams County very proud to call you their Sherriff.....Come on people and give her a chance, she could prove a lot of you wrong...

Correct me if I am wrong, but the owner of the company hauling the load is responsible for obtaining a permit for this load not the drivers.There was no permit obtained.This company should have known the measurements of this particular piece of equipment and know that it might require a little more attention than normal..And I think everyone should quit bashing Curtis here...he has already lost his job because of this accident..And could have possibly lost his life....These days it pays you to double check behind others to make sure all your t's are crossed and i's are dotted.........

Dragonfly, there is a difference in being a jailer and a deputy.....let's don't go there talking about the wieght of some of the sherriffs office employees....if I am not mistaken I know the individual you are talking about personally and I don't think he would take kindly to you talking about him....so please let's leave it alone....

Taxes, taxes, and more taxes. When you have a job you pay in about 30 percent in taxes. When you spend any money on anything you pay taxes. Our money goes a long way for taxes and a short distance on what we would like to spend our hard earned money on. One way or the other the government is going to try their best to get the most of everyone's money by taxing one thing or the other....
On Cigarette tax increase begins Friday
