it was a very sad day at NRMC!! Many tears and prayers. It is true that the hard working employees have been screwed since Quarm has been here. It is true that noone acknowledged nurses week last week! It is true that getting rid of the doctors and their high paychecks could save. (one doctor = 3 nurses) The damage is done though. I understand that they are next. So now they will be pissed and never refer their patients to NRMC. This will hurt also. What is sad, the patients do exactly what the doctor suggest. and this includes going to whatever hospital the doctor suggest. This is just the beginning!! I'm not sure what is worse... being laid off, or being the few left. Moral is down, staff is short and overworked, license on the line, not to mention the importance of patient safety!!

so what about the adult night and alcohol. noone makes you drink it. it's my understanding that another well known school in the area also has an "adult night" in the fall and they serve alcohol. maybe you should go for yourself, relax, and have fun! some of you are right, we need a better public school system, but we dont! so for some, private school is the only option. thats why most people leave this area!!
