state legislators you can't even run your own operations. Why bankrupt someone else. Let the rail roads do as they want. You remember you wanted and passed law along with the Dept of Interior to bring the Trace along this route? How fast you want to forget. My vote ...bring the Trace down the Rail Way.

Why is water not treated like oil mineral rights? I would think the mineral owners would have a say so in this deal. Yea Renteck might have some surface and minerals but to drill down that far in oil exploration, you would need 660 acres of mineral ownership rights leased and maybe more.

There should be enacted a LAW to address the NIMBY'S claim to fame. It would read......those who public oppose a planned development whether their attentions good or bad Must purchase fee simple said property within 15 calander days of their outcry. At a fair market price including all attorney and any other fees left to recording. No ifs ands and butts about it.

Alderman and Mayor, check the TERM of service of your Planning Commissions. You will find some of your members are long over due for replacement. Change this now for you also must follow the adopted Development Codes. Just as other elected positions you can only serve SO long.... If you need names and dates of the ones in Question go to your books of record. STAGNATION IS KILLING THIS ONE HORSE TOWN..

I recently spoke to Mr. Biglane and he is awaiting the arrival of his exotic animals for a petting areana. Included were large 4 legged chickens, one ended 2 legged cows, four foot red birds, flying fish, a whale out of the Mississippi River, a horse with out a head, T rex, 1/2 pound pig, and ducks to name a few. He has asked Cheech-Chong to operate the areana. But the cost has not been established yet. Please help promote high paying jobs and his excellent idea for this area. Sounds fitting does'nt it?

What would the NIMBY"S (not in my back yard uses) want to put in Mr Brown"s land? It would be a battle once again, half would want something the other half would not. Then it is left to the famous Planning Commission to choose which group is it's best friend and NOT the Professional choice. This form of Goverment appoinment positions has one thing in common and trust me it is absolutely incorrect. The people appointed to serve on these commissions, boards etc. should be from another town with NO ties to Natchez. We could possible get Professional choices handed down and NOT the NIMBY'S arrogant, uneducated, selfopinioned, egotistical deceptiveness! I challenge the Natchez Governing Body to step up and change these Commissions or Boards that have only bodies and NOT the credentials to serve Natchez and make educated decisions based upon growth and prosperity and not the NIMBY's cries.
