I also wonder why Spanky did not vote. We seldom hear about him doing anything at all. Voting should be easy enough even for him. I don't know about the rest of you, but my memory is long enough still to get to the next election, and I'm paying attention and taking notes.The city of Natchez has made a mess of pretty much everything, and I'm not sure what the county is doing, or not doing. If these two boards don't find a way to make this recreation complex happen without raising taxes, none of them should be re-elected. Then replace the school board. All these "smart" people have led Natchez and Adams county into a really deep, embarassing hole.

You mean you don't think it is the blue haired ladies keeping the jobs away? I do agree that we have poor leadership in Natchez, but don't knock the only industry we do have. Anyone who reads these comments from the "caring" citizens of Natchez will most probably stay away also.

Oh boy....but some of our "leaders" don't play well with others. We used to (playfully) threaten my son with putting duck tape on his mouth because he couldn't shut up. I'll donate a couple of rolls to the city...
