lambchop, you are right on. His exact quote included "underlying" which I picked up on and the hyphenation was exactly what I thought of immediately. All want to be American but I think this proves they want to stand out as separate.

Thanks freedom. You are a true, backer-upper blogging friend to have. overthehill must have been having a bad hair day or something. Usually, most of the time I have to agree with him/her. Well.. I've got big shoulders, I can take a punch when needed. Anyone need to throw one today??? Have a good day everyone.

Krogers, you speak only the truth and it's high time for others to get back bone enough to do the same. EQUALITY, no matter how you look at it, up one side, down the other and all away around it, has no bearing in Natchez, Ms. It's time for a change. REVERT TO THE OLD SYSTEM and start educating our children. They deserve that much in their young lives..

>>>Whats wrong with all children being educated together?<<<.
Please check out the number of white graduates versus the number of black graduates of Natchez High this year alone. 7 whites and next year there will only be 4 if they don't drop out or attend private school. Some White families are actually doing without food to pay tuition for private schools so they can get their children educated as they should be. It's not that they are bias against Blacks, but the truth has to be faced before it gets better or worse, whichever the case. Some Black families have also been forced to pay tuition at the private schools for better education. The low-life is forced, by law, to send their undisciplined kids to school, so there you go again, free baby sitting, with no-one having the back bone to demand free equality for the White kids who are most of the time terrorized by these low-lifes who care nothing about schooling and do not want an education to start with.

I certainly do not want to be negative and rain on anyone's parade today, but the past has proven one point. Something for the children's interest will always be destroyed by the ignorant low-life who thinks it should be their free baby sitters.... remember what happened to the public swimming pool at Duncan park?? That's just one simple example......Until someone has back bone enough to stand up to the low-life and put restrictions on them and enforce the rules concerning the destruction, the other kids will never have anything around here. JMO tho'.,

Username, thank you for your thoughts on this favorite day of America. More of this should be taught in school for our children to know and understand exactly why we celebrate the 4th of July. It took the torture and death of others to get us where we are today. Thank you so much. May God bless America, and may it forever remain the greatest nation of freedom on earth.

On the heels of telling about my experience of seeing a black bear several years ago in Concordia Parish, just a couple of weeks ago, here comes this story. generoberts, I can imagine how sad and 'guilty' you must feel, but don't, it's not your fault we have such ignorant and stupid people living amongst us. It's great they are making a come back. We need the forest creatures as well as we need the humans around us. And to all the others, thanks for taking the time and effort to record your sightings.
