The fact that the school district has dwindled is the root of this problem. It is also caused by the fact that certain parents complain to the principal or even higher administration because they feel that their child is being given too much work even though the work is far below grade level to begin with. They don't want real teachers to teach they want you to give grades and that is why our children can not progress or even catch up to the rest of the country. BASSACKWARD thinking on the part of the parent and admin. Real teachers defy this and continue teaching regardless of what they say because if we don't teach them, who will?

In most situations to where there are no administrators around the ship always rides a little smoother. They try so hard to make life as bad for you as it is for them and they get paid more for it. I can truthfully say it is like that in almost every profession/career that I have worked in from warehouse to schoolhouse.

Well jammin they already talked about the crimes Mychal committed as a juvenile. "When were they sealed if they discussed this to the news media in previous reports?" That's grouonds for a lawsuit.

Did anyone hear about the man that killed his 2 stepchildren and shot the wife then killed himself after a six hour standoff with the police. The young lady (child) was one of my students. She was the sweetest person in my class. Every morning I was guaranteed to get a hug and a smile from her.......made my day, because I would get it before she went home too. She will surely be missed. Check the startelegram.com for estranged wife.

Please people must we be ignorant of the facts....users were clean before they started using unless they were born with drugs in their system.
Clean people are users too, just not at the time!!!!!!!!

Givens, Dangerfield and Mason are in CONCORDIA probably making less money but enjoying the atmosphere of less confusion no doubt. Heard that Hooper was somewhere near Wilkinson County. These were people that cared about the education of the children and did everything possible to make sure they got what they needed. They are probably truly missed by the kids they taught while they were at the middle school. It is a shame we lost such troopers.
