Vidalia PD WAS patrolling that exact section of highway this morning when I passed through Vidalia at 6:15 AM. I personally saw 2 separate "blue light warnings" to drivers who were going about 40.
In years past, school busses have not used seat belts because they act against the energy absorbing properties designed into the collapsing seats, seat frames, attachments to the floor, and body of the bus, without decreasing the overall level of human injury.
This has already changed in just a few of the newer busses, providing an increased chashworthiness.

Someone who commits murder in today's society does not deserve a second chance other than reincarnation. Execution at high noon the next day will speed a murderer toward a better life.

Following too close (tailgating) and traveling in the left lane on a divided highway (driving slow in the passing lane) are statistically much more lethal than speeding.
