One does not just confront one person, say ones own child for example, and preach to them that drugs are not okay to use. You have to confront the chain or group (meaning all those that gather to do so (use drugs). If one can gather those all the way back to the dealer (top position), that would prove better. It is extremely hard for a youngster to just say "no" to a group of friends.

The "curb" work, along the shoulders and in the medians of Highway 61 South, look quite appealing, even though there are some areas that were left out, or they just haven't gotten to them yet. Please, keep up the good work.

Also, the Magnolia trees along Highway 61 South's ROW sure would look more appealing, if they were all trimmed to about head height, like some others were done.
