First, your idea of turning the Eola into a mini-mall with multiple national retail chains in it is absurd. Hey, maybe NASA will buy it and launch space shuttles from the roof. Wouldn't that be awesome? Secondly, what facts do you have to back up the assertion that it would be too costly to update the Eola? Third, what makes you think the Eola doesn't turn a profit already, as is? If it didn't make a profit, don't you think it would be closed and empty like the Bentley?
