Somebody please explain to me how this is 2nd degree murder charges , this was a premeditated act , carefully thought out and planed , it has to be 1st degree murder !! Right ?

Come on 000117 , get real , you honestly think a criminal with no more sense than to commit a crime of this magnitude is running out to buy the Natchez Democrat to see where this investigation is going , he is a two time sex offender and everyone knows where his family lives !!! You really ought to think about what you are saying before you say it !!!!

I have a senior at VHS , if she had been in on this , she would have more to worry about at home than what the law was going to do to her in Natchez. Trinity must press charges against these kids , it may very well be the only way they learn their lesson. It would be better now than later when it is an even worse crime !!

Greenfields I will tell ya this , ULL played hard the whole game , they never stopped coming after LSU , this was their bowl game , they was flying all over the field and would not give up , I'm an LSU fan, but I was proud of those guy's from ULL

well , I don't know , 10 years ago I had to move from just the other side of airport road outside of Vidalia into town or they was threatening to remove my children from Vidalia's school system , I have paid taxes to the city of Vidalia and the state of La, my whole life , I got no break , I had to buy a house ! My last child graduates this year , anyone in the market for a house in Vidalia's school district !! LOL

OK , lets put politics aside , lets talk about this mans intention to remove anything that remotely resembles the word God , and no he is not going to publicly declare that , being the sneaky little little Muslim that he is , he is going to do it discretely !! He is going to use his platform for his own agenda . If you think the drop out rate has anything to do with politics you are kidding yourself , parents have failed their children and get feelings hurt when you say anything about it . People keep wanting to remove God from schools and keep attendance rate up. IT DON'T WORK THAT WAY !! Our country was built on our faith in God , not the muslim god ali or what ever he is !

This is crazy , we have sued ourselves into oblivion , we have people suing doctors and there insurance over nothing and now they want those who work day and night to make ends meet to give more to those who stand on the corners all day the same health care that those who are working ! I am all for helping those who can't help themselves , those who have worked their entire lives and payed their whole lives to our SS system , or those who have served in the military and are unable to care for themselves. But they have just about emptied my retirement account and there will be no SS when I retire, I have never accepted a single dime in 30 years from the government and every dime that was in that account was not put there by anyone but myself.
I continue to get up at 5:00 am every morning as I have for 30 + years and go and provide for my family , IF YOU WANT MORE , WORK MORE !! Don't stand there with your hand stuck out waiting for more ! And don't give this crap there is nothing to do , you just may actually have to break a sweat on your job !

Jindal is a very intelligent man , you can tell that when he speaks , I had the opportunity to talk to him at church once and he was very concerned for La. as well as our country. And not ashamed to pray for others , I saw him take the hand of a very distraught lady and pray with her as she cried , and publicly proclaim from the pulpit " as for me and my house we will serve the Lord " yea I would vote for him over Barak Hussein Obama

REALLY , a 16 year old young man hitting an old man as hard as he could hit him , and he meant no bodily harm !!!
