barbarj1---to bad you know nothing of the situation--the 3 in question told the commisioners not to put them on the allstar team in the first place and they told them that they would put them on and then when they needed to leave they could. the commisioners did not think the team would get as far as they did so they did not figure it would matter. then when it came down to it they tried to guilt the boys into playing. this is entirely on the commisioners not the boys or there families. make sure you know the facts before you open your mouth

mr. johnson did not get any useful grants for the fire department and has them working shorthanded just so he could come in under budget as he said at the forum. that means he is short changing everybody but himself.

mr. franklin has to take 1/3 pay or he could not recieve his retirement that is the real reason. mr. gray has had the fire department working shorthanded for years. good luck to this ward with these people running and god help the fire and police departments

if you are walking down the street and you see someone atempting to kill another person, at the very least you are going to call the police(i hope). are we not supposed to stand up for those who can not stand up for themselves? a lot of coments have been about the womens right to choose what to do with her body, what about that childs right to live? if the mothers life is in danger is the only possible reason to think about an abortion--then it should be up to the mother. by the way the death penilty is another issue all togehter. when ap erson kills another he knows the consiquinces. by the way i am against the death penilty also. there are many great people in history that at one time were considered to be aborted by there birth mother.

Destiny, The problem with Mr. Renaldi is that if you advertise with him he seems to look the other way. See his support for binky vines. If he is going to be a watchdog he should watch everybody.

lets all give the parade a chance seeing as they are trying to make it more fun to come to. also tonight is the lighting of the tree lets all try to make it and start the holiday season off with peace and joy

a least there are people trying to make the parade something you want to see. the last few years it has not been very good. please try to go to this years parade so the organizers will know we still want a parade. lets give them a chance to make it better. also try to stop by the lighting of the tree tonight and start the holiday season off with a bang.
