Its ashame people get off on the incarceration of human beings. It's like their "high" seeing these inmates shackled down and cast away from society. You would have to be some kind of an animal to have that kind of mindset

I say this on a consistent basis. Good news? Opening a penial institution of human incarceration is good news??? 40 natchez residents collected rainwater in a barrel?? I agree that funds are headed to concordia parish for development of infastructure but this "good news" article is all but a slap in the face.
