As for as speeding is concerned, it's happening here where I live, which is in Plantation (trailer) Park. Benjamin Road, one of the park's road, is a cut-through from Firetower Road to Kingston Road, or vice-versa. Just recently, the owner's of the park placed two stop signs along this very same road, even though there are two speed bumps, which have been in place for years. The placement of these stop signs, were installed as a legal measure, in case there was an accident, be it a collision between two vehicles, a person and vehicle, or what have you. Like someone above mentioned, it's only a matter of time, before someone gets seriously hurt. On top of all that, some of the park's road signs have been stolen.
