Wait folks….news flash….the Supreme Court agreed with Pollard! There was nothing illegal. If Ball really wants to be honest and open she should say the court system proved her wrong and it has cost the city loads of money.

mike8427, none of the new hotels can be attributed to Brown. I agree however, Brown did a lot for Natchez and continues to help Natchez. You have a point that he turned heads. Moving forward is not something Natchez does easily.

ProNatchez, maybe Police Chief Hammers is showing respect for the family and waiting to release names. This would give the families or family time to make sure all the family members have been notified.

"A family friend at the scene identified the boy" I pray the Democrat made sure that the family had time to notify all of thier family members before making this public.

fire39212...first, you have my gender wrong. But you right about folk’s impression of Phillip, obviously the vote would have been different. I still feel the vote would have been the same no matter what wonderful things he did for the city.
Triscuit, David Gardner gave an estimate on how much it would cost the repave all the streets. I think it was around 15 million.
