He may be innocent til proven guilty here, but he has been PROVEN guilty on the most heinous of crimes previous to this. On THOSE crimes alone he should have been executed. Again....this guy is just a waste of fresh air someone else should be breathing. His punishment should have justified the crime many years ago and my daughter AND the Welch family would have been better off. Think about it. Its not rocket science. He RAPED a 5 year old boy in Houston. He should not be here. This should have never happened. For the Welch family, I cannot express my heartfelt condolences. We may not see justice in this life, but we all stand before our maker. Justice will be served.

No slap on the wrist this time. He has had enough of them for several lifetimes. If they let him out, this will happen again. If he is set free innocent people will have to pay again. This should never happen. If he gets out, someone needs to be held accountable.

If you want to see what a sports complex can do for an area, check out this link:

http://www.roundrocktexas.gov/home/index...

They went from a 2M dollar investment to the sports (youth) capital of Texas. It took an investment. Now, they doing 18.9M in "improvements" to the complex. This place is larger than the town of Ferriday and its all for YOUTH!

Sensible people debate facts. Morons argue with walls. Ignorant people dont know the difference. Educated people know when to go, and when to stop. Figure out who you are. A man died from this article. Right now healthcare and who flies where seem kinda petty. To the Welch family, you have no idea how much sorry I feel in my heart for you. This should not have happened. I pray you recieve the justice you deserve. I also pray you dont let this eat you from the inside out. Harboring hate and anger not only will not bring him back but it can take you places you never need to go. They say revenge is best served cold. But let no one tell you its sweet. I hope to meet you in the coming weeks. I pray....I PRAY for your families' comfort. Strength comes only from above in times like these. Look for strength within your family. This guy will get his justice one day. His fate is sealed.

Quit arguing over things you have no control over and work on what you do. This guy is caught. Law ENFORCEMENT officials did their job. Lets focus on law PROSECUTION officials to do theirs. If he truly did this crime (innocent til proven no matter who you are...and i think he did) he should be sitting on death row before the end of the year. If he even has the chance of parole then those who allow that this time should be punished. He raped a 5yr old boy...was released. He tried to do it again with my daughter and others....was released. Killed, rob and stole from a man (my opinion). If the pattern continues, who is next? Some people cannot be rehabilitated. He is one. Waste of fresh air for a good human in my opinion. As far as his family goes. If you stand behind him after all he has done there is a sweet corner in hell for you. As the words of a famous general go "its not our decision who goes where....just to arrange the meeting." I hope he rots in hell...not jail. Id gladly arrange the meeting.
Just so everyone knows, I LIVE two hours from Houston now. Coming to see me were you? Probably not, but I left the door open for you, you piece of trash. Cant wait to see you in the courtroom. I'll be the one smiling....cant miss me. And, should you be so lucky again to get "paroled" breathe fast.... like it could be your last.

He wasnt on "work release". Someone thought he was well enough to be paroled. Again. Dont blame the CPSO. They did and are doing their job. They cant help what happens after arrest and once in jail. Some judge or someone decided he was ok to let go. A model citizen. I hope they sleep well at night. As well as the Welch family. My heart sincerely goes out to that family. I cant believe this has happened. There is no true justice left in this case. Thank you CPSO for trying. Please find this trash before he hurts someone else. This should stop now and never be worried about again.

Laker and Faithblessings:

The judge isnt the one who let him off easy. The DA's office made a deal with him. In the state of LA when going to court with a case of this nature you are NOT allowed to bring up past convictions when the person has served their time. Basically it was his word against everyone else's so it was "possible" for a jury to side with him and he go scott free. So, the easy thing was to "make a deal". We did not make this deal...it was NOT our decision. Bad information and bad judgemnt. I hope the DA's office can see what these deals can get you. Its time to quit taking the easy way out. Make deals with a drug addict that needs help. If a guy will BRUTALLY rape another boy (houston kid) he is wasting someone else's breath. This guy BRUTALLY....BRUTALLY raped a 5 year old boy in Houston. He did not hurt my daughter and she doesnt even remember him. God watched over and protected her. The people who need your prayers now are first, the family of the deceased. No words can describe what you must be going through. I pray the punishment of this man fits the crime. Second, the LEO's that they find him before he does something else....and trust me...he knows he is on the run and is capable of anything. Third...all those around him, the innocent and guilty. The innocent to be protected, and the ones who help him to rot in hell.
He has family in Texas? I live in Texas now. If you read this you poor excuse of a human being, look me up. I wont turn you in...really.

That 5yr old girl was mine. The boy in Houston was BRUTALLY raped. I wont go into details but if the DA's office would have taken care of this right in the first place this man would still be alive. I would have put my daughter on the stand and done anything to keep him off the street. I understand innocent til proven guilty but this man has been proven guilty before and barely got a hand slap. This victim should still be alive. This "offender" should be at the bottom of a pit by the river rotting. This is a travesty of justice in so many senses of the word. Its also the main reason we left the area. I give our sheriffs office credit for doing a fine job for us, but the DA's office was a joke. This man should have never breathed free air again in his life. I am sickened by this and the fact that it cost someone their life before we do anything. The family has my utmost sympathy. The justice system has my prayers. Should you ever let this man see the light of day again you should be held responsible.

On Police searching for Vidalia murder suspect

At some point in time in everyones life they have to be responsible for their OWN actions. Its not just a black, brown and white thing. Its a cultural thing. The problem is if the kids parents try to teach them right and wrong and they grow up and consistently do the wrong thing whose fault is it? If these kids were 15, Id say whip their tails and throw the parents in jail. But, since they are grown they should have to deal with their own problems and it should be dealt with in a fashion that makes them NOT want to do it again. Throw them in an area where they can "rape, pillage and murder" each other is one way to deal with it, but the problem still exists in other young people in the area. The problem is cultural. The culture in the misslou is due to under educated, lack of morals, no value of human life, no value of their own life, no decent jobs, no ambition and yes, I believe a lack of parenting. I dont think the parents are worried about sparing the rod. I just think that most of the parents that have kids doing this never cared to discipline in the first place. When I was growing up they had kids to increase their income. The sad thing is that it isnt any different now than it was then. The area may have new business with low paying jobs popping up, but the culture remains the same. You can put sprinkles, whip cream, bows and even gold plate a turd. But in the end, its still just crap. Somebody just needs to flush and start over.
